Shipping policy
Every Salty Paws tee is made to order, nothing sits in stock. When you place an order, your shirt is printed by one of our production partners and shipped straight to you. Orders are printed in 2 to 3 business days, then shipped with tracking. We work with more than one production facility, so your order ships from the closest facility near you, and the location can vary by item. If you order more than one tee they may arrive separately, in different packages, at no extra cost to you. We ship within the United States only.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping rates
- Buy 2 or more tees and shipping is free.
- A single tee is a $4.75 flat rate.

Processing time
Every tee is printed to order, so nothing ships the same day. Orders are printed and packed within 2 to 3 business days. During holidays and busy runs this can take a little longer, and we will email you if your order is going to be delayed.
Delivery time
Once your order leaves the printer, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on where you are. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and holiday volume can push them out, and those are outside of our control.
Tracking
You will get an email with tracking as soon as your package ships. If it has been more than 4 business days since you ordered and you have not received tracking, email cs@saltwatergifts.com with your order number and we will chase it down.
Lost, late, or damaged packages
If tracking has stalled, your package was marked delivered but never arrived, or it turned up damaged, email us with your order number and a photo where relevant. We will send a replacement or refund you in full — see our refund policy for the full terms.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change an address once an order has gone to print. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipping.
