Refund policy
Every tee is made to order by a production partner rather than held in stock, so returns are handled case by case. Please do not send anything back before emailing cs@saltwatergifts.com with your order number. We will confirm the correct return address for your item, which depends on the facility that produced it. Unworn tees in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery, with return shipping paid by you.Â
We want you to love your shirt! If something isn't right, let us know.
If we got it wrong
Printing errors, damaged shirt: email a photo to cs@saltwatergifts.com within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund.Â
You may return an unworn tee in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Please do not wash it or remove the tags. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once your return arrives in original condition, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
How to start a return
Email cs@saltwatergifts.com with your order number, and a photo if something arrived damaged or wrong. We reply within one business day with the return address and next steps. Please wait to hear from us before sending anything back — we cannot process a return we were not expecting.
A few honest notes
- Every tee is printed to order, so returned shirts cannot be restocked.Â
- Check the size chart on the product page before ordering, and go up a size if between sizes.Â
- These terms apply to every order, including sale items. There are no exclusions.
- If we change this policy we will post the updated version on this page with a new date. The version in effect on the day you ordered is the one that applies to your order.
